Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping — Free within Canada. International orders incur a $5 surcharge.
• Tracked Shipping — $5 within Canada. $10 for international orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

• Canada: 5–10 business days (standard), 3–5 business days (tracked)
• International: 10–20 business days (standard), 5–10 business days (tracked)

Tracking

Tracked shipments include a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
